I have dealt with this office twice now once for a UK visa and once for a Schengen and I simply can’t recommend it enough. They make the process so easy they are very fast and prompt with their work and will make sure to check on you throughout the process until your visa comes out. Very impressed with their reliability and professionalism especially Husam who helped with my Schengen and Sarah who has handled both my visas truly cannot thank them enough for their work and their prompt communication. 10/10 cannot recommend them enough.

Trip Awayللتأشيرات و السياحة والسفر تتميّز بتنظيمها واحترافيتها العالية في التعامل مع العملاء، ويظهر هذا الشي بوضوح من أول تواصل لآخر خطوة في الرحلة.
تجربتي معهم كانت ممتازة بكل المقاييس، والسبب الرئيسي في هذا النجاح هو الموظف محمد حياصات من تخطيط السفر، وحجوزات الطيران، وتنظيم خط السير، إلى توضيح أدق التفاصيل، محمد كان حاضر بكل مرحلة وكأنه مسؤول عن الرحلة بشكل شخصي.
تميّز بدقته، وصبره، وسرعة استجابته، وكان دائمًا سابق بخطوة على أي سؤال أو توتر ممكن يصير.
الأهم من كل ذلك، إنه أعطاني راحة بال وثقة كاملة، وكان متابع معي باستمرار ليتأكد إن كل شيء ماشي بالشكل الصحيح، بدون تقصير أو تأخير.

Unfortunately, the level of professionalism was extremely poor. The staff and employees were not presentable, and their behavior felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, including giving looks and talking about customers. One employee in particular, named Rana, behaved in an especially unprofessional manner and did not represent the company appropriately. Due to this experience, I do not recommend dealing with this company.

The company is so professional & organized , everything done to the smallest detail, nothing is left to chance. Hussam and Rana were responsible for my case. They guided me step by step how to apply for Polish Schengen Visa it was my first Visa from Republic Of Poland. They advised me on places to visit in Krakow and its suburbs. They helped in flight management. I would like to advice any person to use the services of the TripAway Company and the working professional team there.

My experience with the travel agency was good. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful at all times. Everything was well organized, and they were always available to answer my questions. The only thing I noticed was that the price was a bit high, but the quality of service was worth it. I appreciate their efforts and might consider dealing with them again in the future.

ماشاء الله مبدعين تجربتي معهم ولا اروع سريعين ومريحين جدا.. استلمت مني الطلب اول اشي الموظفه عرين .. طلبت منهم فيزا لعُمان وحكتلهم محتاجه رقم تتبع الفيزا سريع ما اخد منهم نص ساعه بالرغم من العطله الرسميه وبعتوه مباشره..

تجربة ولا اروع. لباقة وذوق بالتعامل وسهولة بالتواصل رغم بعد المسافات. والاهم من كل هذا خبرتهم الواسعة في اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة واعطاء شرح مفصل ونزيه بعد كل خطوة بتخذوها في تقديم طلبات التاشيرات. والحمدلله بفضل الله ثم بفضلهم طلعتلي التأشيرة واستمروا بإرشادي بما يخص اجراءات السفر من بعد اصدار التأشيرة الى موعد عودتي من السفر.

Tripway assited me with my UK visa application with all professionalism. The process was clear, straight forward and easy. The requirements were all laid out perfectly and they worked with me over a period of two weeks taking my personal situation into account to ensure all supporting documents are in order. Tripway also offered certified translations to satisfy the UK visa requirements.

صراحه و بدون اي مجاملات تجربتي في Trip Away كانت مميزه و لن انساها .. قرأت عنهم على صفحتهم بالمصادفه . حكيت معاهم ، رحت عندهم . وجدت كادر فخم ، صبايا الطف من هيك ما في ، أعمارهم صغيره بس خبراتهم في تجهيز المعاملات تفوق مكاتب الها عشرات السنوات . جهزولي المعامله بكل احتراف قدمتها بداية الأمر اجاني رفض ، حكيت معاهم حكتلي الموظفه الراقيه ايمان بدي اعملك معاملة استئناف ما كنت كتير متشجع ، جهزتلي معاملة استئناف قدمتها للسفاره السويديه بعد 5 ساعات حكو معي السفاره حكولي تم قبول الاستئناف و تفضل خود الفيزا .... كل الشكر ل Trip Away , و كل الشكر لايمان و ساره ...
