Tour packages — frequently asked questions
Are the prices inclusive of the flight from Jordan?
No, the listed prices do not include the flight ticket. We do offer flight booking at competitive rates as a separate service and help you pick the best dates and airlines.
Do the prices include the Schengen visa?
The prices include our office fees for preparing the visa file, application, translation, and insurance. The embassy fee itself (around 90 JOD) is paid directly at submission and is calculated separately.
What hotel level is included in the package?
We use 3- and 4-star hotels in central locations in every city. If you'd like to upgrade to 5-star, that's available at an extra cost depending on the country and season.
Can the package or duration be adjusted?
Yes, all packages are customizable. We can add cities, change the duration, upgrade hotels, or build a full custom package from scratch.
Is the tour guide with us throughout the whole trip?
Our Arabic-speaking guide accompanies you on the main tours in each city. During free time and personal appointments, you're free to explore on your own.
How many people are in a tour group?
Groups typically have 10–25 people for a comfortable experience and personal attention. We can also arrange private trips for families or small groups.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least two months ahead to secure the best hotel and flight prices and to allow enough time to issue the visa.
Do you offer tour packages outside the Schengen area?
For now, our packages focus on Schengen countries thanks to the single-visa convenience. For other destinations (UK, Türkiye, Asia) we can build a custom package — get in touch.
